Private Lots
Our seasonal lots are private and held by members only. Every lot holder must adhere to the policies outlined in their lot agreement set forward by the board of directors. Any member not abiding to the lot agreement in its entirety will be evicted from their lot.
We currently have partially developed lots available. Inquires about acquiring a lot can be directed to hinescreekgolf@gmail.com as stipulations apply. Building permits are required for all sheds, cabins, outhouses and any other structures on lots.
All private lots fees, clubhouse credits and memberships must be paid in full by May1st. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of said lot and, notice with a strict deadline will be given to remove any property on the lot. Any property remaining after the deadline becomes property of the Hines Creek Golf and County Club. Please refer to your lot agreement for details.
Lot agreements must be renewed and signed every year .Deadline for the agreement is May1st and can be emailed to hinescreekgolf@gmail.com or sent by mail to Box 665 Hines Creek, AB T0H 2A0. Campers are responsible for holding their own liability insurance. The club WILL NOT be responsible for any property damage by acts of nature, or personal property damage or injury.
Private Lot Rules
- Strict speed limit signs are posted. For the safety of children, pets, and carts on roadways please take extra caution when driving through campsites.
- Absolutely no littering. Lots must be maintained and kept clean at all times. Failure to do so will result in notice to the lot holder.
- ATVs (Quads, Motorbikes, Rhinos etc.) are acceptable at an idle speed of 10 km for the purpose of exiting the golf course property or passing through.
- All persons driving a members golf cart must be 14 years of age. All occupants must be sitting on the seats and driving at a reasonable speed. For the safety of all children, pets, and other drivers on the roadways, absolutely no inappropriate or race type driving will be tolerated. The Hines Creek Golf and Country Club is Not liable for any injuries or incidents.
- No dogs running at large. All dogs must be on a leash. For the consideration of others and health reasons please pick up after your pets.
- All visitors must park in an appropriate area, do not block any roadways.
- All fires must be in pits. Please obey any posted fire bans for the protection of the large mass of treed land on the golf course property.
- Cutting or removing of trees and shrubs must be approved by the board of directors.
- Any new structures on lots require a development permit approved by the board of directors.
- All lots are surveyed and lot holders must remain within their boundaries.
- Please respect other campers within the lot area to make sure everyone's time there is enjoyable.
